1. Introduction

Welcome to iDoc Investment Group Ltd. ("iDoc", "we", "us", or "our"). These Investor Terms of Business ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our investment portal, as well as your participation in investment opportunities with iDoc. By accessing the portal and/or participating in any investment opportunities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the portal or participate in any investment opportunities.

2. Eligibility To be eligible to use the portal and participate in investment opportunities, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

6. Risks

Investing in our company involves certain risks, including but not limited to loss of capital. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the risk disclosures provided on the portal and that you have the financial ability to bear such risks.

7. Fees

We do not charge any fees for access to the portal.

8. Investor Obligations As an investor, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the portal at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the portal will immediately cease, and you must destroy all information obtained from the portal.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on the portal. Your continued use of the portal after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iDoc regarding the use of the portal and participation in investment opportunities and supersede any prior agreements between you and iDoc.

16. Conflict of Interest

You acknowledge and agree that iDoc may have interests that differ from your interests. iDoc is not obligated to disclose any conflict of interest except as required by law.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on the portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of iDoc or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the portal without our express written permission.

18. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the portal, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to mediation before resorting to litigation or arbitration.
